Im not really on a diet.
well actually I am right now, but thats for a different reason.
I generally just try to watch what I eat and work out at least 4 times a week but hopefully more like 6. I dont do anything crazy, I walk my dogs for 3 miles and yoga and squats. takes me about 2 hours. I dont always do it all at once.
But theres always gonna be days I just get baked and watch crappy TV and do stupid stoner things with my stoner friends and eat too much crap.
Plus chris brought donuts that day so I was just doomed from the get go.
My ribs are showing because I pose in a way that makes them do so. And shaming someone for their ribs showing is just as disrespectful as shaming someone for being over weight.
